Released in 2008, The Lament Configuration is considered to be the only true and complete "Horrorcore" album in the SickTanicK Discography. The album tells the story (in alarmingly graphic detail) of opening the famed "Puzzle Box" to summon the "Cenobites" to collect their prize in the form of flesh by the desire SickTanicK to experience untold pleasure and pain in Leviathans Maze.

This album immerses the listener in a complete atmosphere and experience from the dark, droning yet aggressive sound of the instrumentals, to the terror-inducing sound effects that match the lyrical content, the story of ultimate pain and pleasure is told track by track from the familiar Intro of "Seduction & Pursuit" to the final crescendo of the flesh in "Suffering Divine".
